In 2018, we had the pleasure of coming across David Witt - skipper of Sun Hun Kai Scallywag who was competing in the 2017-18 Volvo Ocean Race. David and charity founder Murray struck up a friendship when David agreed to become an ambassador for Autism on the Water and the cause is close to his own heart as David's nephew is autistic.
Both David and his wife Kim have travelled the world together and raised awareness of our profile across countries such as Antigua, America, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia etc. Thanks to this, we have had substantial interest and kind letters and emails from autistic people and their families across the world, one even speaking verbally for the first time when they went sailing in Newport, Rhode Island! David and some of his professional sailors have even come to Scotland and sailed on board our Hunter 707 - safe to say it was quite a remarkable experience for us!

We are very proud to display the iconic #ForeverFish logo in memory of David's close friend John Fisher who was sadly lost in the Southern Ocean during the Volvo Ocean Race 2017-18.
